To implement quality management systems, Hwa Yi Medical Co., Ltd achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.

To ensure the quality and safety of products, Hwa Yi Medical Co., Ltd became a medical device GMP registered manufacturer. With increased market demand, Hwa Yi Medical Co., Ltd purchased EtO sterilization equipments and obtained GMP certificate for the sterilization process in September.

Hwa Yi Medical Co., Ltd established a new department for manufacturing radiation protection products to supply the medical facilities in Taiwan and overseas with the high quality raw materials imported from USA, UK, Japan and Germany.

For the expansion of productive capacity, Ji Sheng Medical Co., Ltd was founded. It specializes in medical disposables, radiation protection products and electronic medical equipment for use in Cardiology, Cardiovascular surgery, Interventional radiology, Intensive Care Unit, Anesthesiology and so on. It also achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications and became a medical device GMP registered manufacturer in this year.

A new factory located in Xiamen, China was founded to extend our services with the same strict quality control of products to the customers in China, Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia and Central Asia.

In order to expand production capacity to provide more services, we expanded the hardware equipment of the manufacturing department to provide a safer environment for our staffs. All of these expansion and addition are in line with the stricter specifications of GMP for medical device manufacturing.

Under the diversified needs of the market, Hwa Yi personalized lead protection equipment adds "Aegist " brand to our personal lead protection equipment line. Providing higher quality protective materials and surface fabrics to enhance product features to achieve customer satisfaction. Lead glasses also improved to a newer generation, which is lighter and more beautiful.

Hwa Yi lead glasses acquired a special process patent number, and has higher acceptance in overseas markets.

Hwa Yi has gradually transferred the manufacturing technologies of all the disposable products to Ji Sheng Medical Co., Ltd. However, the manufacture process of「Personnel Lead Protective Device」remains within Hwa Yi. This is to focus on product quality and fulfilling the demands from the market for lead protective device. The sterilization facility is still kept in Hwa Yi to satisfy the needs from other medical device factories.

In order to keep improving on professional service level and product quality, Hwa Yi has obtained the QMS certificate of sterilization process. Planning ahead, Hwa Yi is setting up the new sterilization equipment and look forward to expanding the business.
